Unqualified "technician" can rush through jobs, use too much or too little glue, or even wrong type of glue, that can cause damage not only to your natural lashes, but to the whole eye; as cheap glues are usually not EU approved, where some of those glues contain N-Methyl-2-Pyrolidone, that are classified as toxic by Work-Safe Australia. I only use the highest quality glue & would never risk your health with inferior products.

This varies on a growth cycle of natural eyelash, usually it is 6-8 weeks, each person's growth cycle is somewhat different. However, Russian Doll Beauty recommends getting an infills every 2-3 weeks, to keep you lashes looking their best & fullest. Leaving more than 4 weeks between your infill appointments will mean that we will have to do a new full set.

Please preempt of any eye makeup, eyelash tinting before the appointment. Please make sure not to be wearing contact lenses during and for 3 hours after the application. Please refrain from using rich eye creams 48 hours prior and after application.

If you do get eyelash extensions, it is important to care for them properly. It is recommended to wash them with special lash shampoo daily, as the formula is gentle & won't destroy the adhesive. It is important to wash your lashes to avoid any build up, which can lead to irritation or even infection like conjunctivitis. If you wear eye makeup, make sure you do not use an oil-based makeup remover, or rich creams around your eyes, as oil will destroy the bond and make your extensions fall out prematurely.

A manicure is a nail service in which we shape your nails, push back the cuticles, clean out the cuticle pocket, cut the dead skin around your cuticles, clean under the free edges, buff your nails, then massage & exfoliate your hands and arms, followed by a hot towel treatment and finally apply your favorite color gel polish to your nails. Once every 2-3 weeks for a Manicure will bring maximum results in softening your cuticles, your hands and your feet, and in keeping your nails healthy, growing faster and in good condition and shape.

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $20 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
